• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is NET per night per villa or both combine villas and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
  
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
  
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
  
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
  
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
  
• Free first morning continental breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room). Following days breakfast can be arranged at additional, US $5 for continental breakfast and US $7 for American breakfast
• In-villa FREE usage WIFI broadband Internet access (guest' personal laptop is required)
  
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, swimming pool and ground maintenence as well as night security staff. In-villa cooking service is available with pre-arrangement and cooking service fee is on guest' account

**) Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
